Return conditions

1. RETURN OF QUALITY GOODS

1.1. The buyer is given the opportunity to return the purchased product or replace it with another similar product of a different size, shape, color, model or completeness.

1.2. The buyer, wishing to exercise his right, may do so within 30 days from the moment of purchase or delivery of the goods.

1.3. Exchange or return of unused goods of suitable quality is possible only if the exchanged or returned goods meet the following requirements:

• the returned item must be in its original, neat packaging;

• the original labels (protective films, etc.) have not been removed from the returned item;

• the returned item must be undamaged by the Buyer;

• the returned item must be unused by the Buyer;

• the returned item must not have lost its commercial appearance;

• the consumer properties of the returned goods must be preserved;

• the returned item must be in the same configuration as it was received;

• When returning an item, proof of purchase, an electronic invoice, must be provided.

1.4. The Seller has the right not to accept the goods returned by the Buyer if the Buyer does not comply with the procedure for returning goods set out in paragraphs 1.1.-1.3. of these rules.

2. RETURN OF FAILURE TO SHIP

2.1. The following goods are considered to be of poor quality:

• a product with flaws or other noticeable defects that occurred through no fault of the buyer (not due to wear and tear, not due to neglect);

• a product that cannot be repaired;

• an item that is not suitable for normal use.

2.2. A product is not considered to be of poor quality if the appearance and/or properties of the product have changed due to improper care, normal and customary use and wear and tear of the product.

2.3. According to Article 6.363 of the Civil Code, the Buyer does not have the right to terminate the contract if the defect in the goods is minor and does not prevent the further use of the goods.

2.4. The Seller shall in all cases eliminate minor defects in the goods if possible.

2.5. The buyer, wishing to exchange the product or make a claim regarding the quality of the product, must return the product clean and dry.

3. RETURN PROCESS

3.1. In order to return or exchange an item purchased in the online store, it must be neatly packaged; all labels must be intact and stickers must not be affixed.

3.2. To return the product(s), you must contact us by e-mail support@deeper.eu .

3.3. Return process:

• We register the shipment, send you the shipment barcode and call a courier for you.

• A courier arrives at the address and time you specified to pick up the package.

3.4. Money for returned goods is refunded within 7 working days.

4. EXCHANGE OF GOODS

4.1. To exchange the product(s), you must contact us by e-mail support@deeper.eu .

4.2. Change process:

• We register the shipment, send you the shipment barcode and call a courier for you.

• A courier arrives at the address and time you specified to pick up the package.

• Upon return of the shipment, we will send a new item(s).
